For over a decade, Britney Spears has been one of the most famous people on the planet.

I think most of us can agree that to be famous you probably have to be at least a halfway functional human (especially if you have a life-long career, not just the good ole 15 minutes of fame).

Britney has nine studio albums and has released forty-seven singles, with all of them charting and several reaching number one. All of her music videos receive millions of views, usually over 100 million. She’s been on sold out world tours and most recently had a multi-year residency in Las Vegas. She has multiple fragrance and fashion lines, starred in a movie, graced the cover of countless magazines, appeared as a judge on X factor, earned millions through endorsements and has throughout her life participated in meet-and-greets with fans and been on press circuits and red carpets.

That doesn’t sound like incompetence to me.

In fact, many people who are extremely talented and intelligent don’t ever achieve half of what Britney has achieved.

(And yes, Britney has had a team behind her, but so have many other aspiring stars! It doesn’t guarantee…
